The Office Infusion Center

AIR Care offers state-of-the art therapies through our Office Infusion Center (OIC) conveniently located in the physician's office. Patients come to the OIC as an alternative to receiving intravenous therapies in a home or hospital setting.

Offered treatments include Remicade, intravenous gammaglobulin infusions (IVIG), Xolair (anti IgE) for asthma, Synagis for RSV prevention, and advanced monoclonal antibody preparations (Remicade, Tysabri, Synergys, Methotrexate or Solu-Medrol) designed to treat diseases such as Crohn's, multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis and others. We also offer intravenous and nebulized antibiotic and antifungal therapies. AIRCare can operate as an infusion site while the primary physician maintains control and monitors the patient's care.

The Setting

The infusion suite contains private, curtained modules that are equipped with a recliner lounge chair and other patient comfort items. The suite provides privacy for the patient while allowing the nurse to conduct close monitoring and observation.

Reimbursement Services

A pre-certification and verification process is completed before your therapy; business office personnel ensure that services are covered under your health plan. Otherwise, alternate care options will be coordinated. For your convenience, we will file your health insurance claim form.

OIC Office Hours

Office hours are offered by appointment only. We are open during standard business office hours, Monday thru Friday 8 a.m to 5 p.m.
