Milk, Egg, Peanut, Soy and Nut-Free Home-Style Pancakes
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups flour
- 4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 cups water
- 3 Tbsp oil
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS
Sift dry ingredients together, add remaining ingredients and beat together. On hot, lightly greased griddle, or skillet, put batter to form approximately 4-inch diameter circles. Cook 2-3 minutes or until a bubbly surface forms with slightly dry edges. Flip and cook 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. This batter can also be used for waffles!
